Air Racing DVD
Enjoy an introductory and exciting historical perspective to air racing from the very early years of the National Air Races & Cleveland Air Races to the more present day races in Reno Nevada, USA. Air Racing has always been where man or woman are tested to their limits with their machines in extreme flying conditions.
This program includes never-before-seen exclusive archives of the early air show races during the pre-WWII 1929-1939 National Air Races. In addition, witness exclusive 1946 Cleveland Air Races footage including one of the first appearances of the Blue Angels in their Grumman Bearcats. These earlier races led to the concept and development of air racing being introduced in the deserts of California and Nevada in the 1960-70s to the more recent day air racing in Reno, Nevada.
