The Grumman F-14 Tomcat DVD is a collection of vintage films on the Grumman F-14 Tomcat - an American carrier-capable supersonic, twin-engine, two-seat, twin-tail, variable-sweep wing fighter aircraft. The F-14 was the first of the American "Teen Series" fighters, which were designed incorporating air combat experience against MiG fighters during the Vietnam War.
Film #1 - F-14 Progress Report 1972 - A Grumman film on the F-14 Tomcat being readied for Navy squadrons. Amazing drop tests of the F-14 at the factory are included, plus the aircraft are put through testing. Runtime is about 11 minutes.
